      I think they are just random, but nobody really knows.

      I keep hoping for brain waves in mine, but alas it does not happen! The ones I remember are really rather bizarre!

      Science generally proposes that dreams are the process your brain uses to make sense of the previous days experiences but no one is really that sure.

      If you believe in God or have some similar beliefs, then many people with these beliefs hold that some dreams might mean things.
