I wanted to work in science because you get to learn about the way the world works and you do it using really cool machines. Hopefully, together with the work other people are doing, someone will be able to put all the knowledge together and make new treatments for diseases as well.

Hi Dom, I wanted to work in science because I love doing science and learning new things. So getting paid for what I love doing was a “no brainer”.

Because it was a way to help people and make the world a better place, I get to learn new and fascinating things every day, and I could get a job doing it!

I wanted to work in science because I was so fascinated by how such small microscopic organisms shape nearly everything around us! They influence our politics, economics and health. To take one example would be bovine TB, it shaped the They impact us so much and I just wanted to understand why and how they managed to do that.
