      There are many.

I work on Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).

I believe Matt works with Tuberculosis which has some very resistant forms called XDR-TB (eXtremely Drug Resistant – Tuberculosis).

There is also Vancomycin Resistant Enterococcus (VRE), Clostridium difficile (C. diff), Neisseria gonorrhoeae (it causes gonorrhoea), E. coli, and many others that can resist multiple drugs.

Gonorrhoea may be the first disease to become generally untreatable again.
