Yes – if you have an injury, bacteria can live on the wound and stop it healing. Antibiotics kill the bacteria so your body can heal the wound.

It depends what ailment you are trying to heal…
If you have a bacterial infection, antibiotics will definitely help you to heal faster…
If you have heart disease, they won’t make any difference whatsoever…
